Michael G. Machin, president and owner of Machin Design Builders, established his first construction company in Texas in 1978. He brought with him experience that included surveying, foundations, framing, remodeling and general contracting.

 

During the next ten years, his company built between 25 and 50 homes a year ranging from 3,600 to 10,000 square feet in exclusive Houston neighborhoods. In 1988, Michael relocated to Palm Coast where he was quickly established as the builder of choice among discriminating clients.
