Our expert designers can customize your plan selected from our website, or from scratch using your own individual ideas, we will need as much information as possible about your dream home before our designers can get started.

If you choose a plan from our site the designer of that plan will be informed of your request.
Our designers can not reproduce a plan using information from 2 separate plans, plan A and plan B unless they are the work of the same designer
- The design process is usually done in two stages.
1st Stage This will involve drawings and design work to show you how the designer views your changes. The first stage also shows you how your changes will affect various parts of the home.
After you approve the first stage work
What you pay for:
You will need to pay for the cost of the reproduced original and the cost of labor that has been performed for you. For example if you decide not to finish the 2nd stage of the design phase then you are still responsible for paying for the cost of the blueprint masters and the preliminary design work that was done for you.
The estimate you receive:
This will show you the total cost to complete the changes you requested and the estimate will usually be broken down in to two stages of design work. If your changes are fairly simple then there may only be one stage of design work needed.
After changes are made:
You can receive the changed reproduced masters and make your own copies of the blueprints. Or if you prefer we can hold on to the masters for you and make blueprints for you for an additional fee. Most people let our designer retain the master in case they need additional changes later.
Normally it takes 1 to 2 business days to receive a customization estimate. After you approve the estimate it normally takes 3 to 6 weeks to make the changes to the plans. Plan changes are done in the order they come in.
Prices and Quotes:
It is not possible to give accurate quotes as prices change daily, and each designer has their own pricing rate, but what ever you are quoted will be a fixed rate at time of agreement.
