• Developing a new subdivision and need a set of 7 or more stock plans that are similar in style, square feet and cost to build?  Contact us to have one of customer service representatives build plans sets for you to select from.  We understand that builders often have to make small changes to the plan to suit the customers’ requirements.  Purchasing a plan set qualifies you for special customization discounts when you hire us to make those changes for you.

• All Builders –Free listing (no registration required) just drop us an email with your contact info. 
• Level One- (Free to registered builder)  Includes Company Name, Company Phone Number and Address
• Level Two – (Free upgrade after 3 plan purchases) everything in level one with the addition of email contact and website link.
• Level Three – (Free upgrade after 10 plan purchase) your own website in the builder’s directory which displays your contact info along with images and floor plans of the stock plans you’ve purchased from the website.
